I’m Chris. I’ve been a software engineer for over two decades but focused on eating my whole life. While I will eat just about anything, I lean towards Japanese cuisine. I’m a recovering craft beer fan with more of a focus on wine and whiskey now. I spent most of my life in Michigan before moving to Seattle in 2012.
